I haven't enabled an error log within TandemVids but it is on the list of things to do. At the moment, the errors are logged in the standard Windows Event Log under Applications.
If you send them through when prompted, they are also stored in a central database at
www.swoopware.com .
The screenshots show how to open the Windows Event log.
