My Run Run Vids subscription expired a week or so ago. I downloaded another 12 month subscription for $330 and it did not seem to do anything. I can still only download two videos per day on the "trial" mode. I thought I did something wrong so I went through and bought "ANOTHER" $330 subscription. Still does not work., How do I get the download to work? Desperate as I have 36 customer videos waiting to be done.
