Follow the steps below to cancel your current RunRunVids® subscription. This cancels the recurring payment and automated renewal. Your license will remain valid until the current subscription expires.

When skydiving restarts, place a new order and you will receive new license keys.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Login to the store - Swoopware store 
   
2. My account
   
3. Orders
   
4. Scroll right slightly under recurring payments
   
5. Cancel. There is no confirmation.
   
6. Ensure there are no additional recurring payments
