I am setting up our third video editing machine here at the DZ. I have done the setup, registration, copied the music, but now need to import our templates. Is it possible to import the templates into Tandem Vids?

Hi Alex,

Apologies for the delay. I didn't see your question as it wasn't posted in the support forum. I've moved it to the correct area.

At the moment, there is no easy way to import templates and event settings from another copy of TandemVids. It is a feature request and I will enable it after I complete the new back-end database migration.

You need to import the template as per normal and then manually set the audio levels for each event. I know it's a pain as I've done it many times.
