Hi Mick. I installed the new version Swoopware on both of our computers. Now on one of them, Instance 2 only the Audio is being transferred onto the USB and it completes the process in around 30 seconds. Instance 1,3 and 4 all are ok. Any suggestions. Bretto

Not really. You've double checked the USB rendering engine selected on Instance 02? If it's only one computer playing up check you have the latest version of Vegas and the latest video drivers installed.

My guess is that on Instance 02, you've changed the USB rendering engine or rendering template to one that is audio only.

On the new version, you need to have Video ticked but deselecting that would skip video and audio and render nothing.
