The password can't be recovered due to encryption but it's a fairly simple process to clear it.
You need to delete the TabPassword registry key from "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Swoopware\TandemVids".
1. Using the Windows Search functionality, type "regedit.exe". This should locate the application, which is a built in component of Windows. Start this application. Be careful with regedit. You can break Windows if you start deleting keys. It behaves in a similar fashion to Windows Explorer but displays registry keys instead of files.
2. Expand the "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Swoopware" node by clicking the little triangle next to the respective keys.
3. Display the contents of the TandemVids key by selecting it.
4. Right click the TabPassword registry key from the right hand panel and select Delete.
