I am trying to render a video and this error is not allowing me to do it.

What can I do .? I all ready check previous error similar and did all the thing that you explained.

I can't see any errors logged for you, which is what usually causes this failure.

Is this a new installation? Has it ever worked or are you just starting out with configuration?

Was there an invalid media message before it failed?

Can you post your template and a screenshot of the Process tab please?

I see you've changed the default location of the database. Have you changed any other defaults like the working folder?

Hi Mick,

The owner have 9 different locations in US and we use TandemVids in all of them. The thing is that we have to send one of our 2 computers to a new location in Dallas and buy a new computer for Miami for replace it. I copied all the data that we use in the other computer that we are using right now and is working perfect, and pasted in the new one including the template of the Sony Vegas and the data of the Tandem Vids, and of course we bought a new license for the Sony Vegas and TandemVids (License #2406). The thing is when we are trying to crate the videos it Failed in the part of the process that say "Populating Empty Templates Events" but we don'y know how to fix it.

I can send you tomorrow the template as soon I be at the office. I put you a screenshot of the process in the first post of this chat. If you can send me your email in a private message is better to communicate by there please.

I all ready tried the security thing about permissions that you posted in other forum where we have to change the properties of the folders "Vegas Templates" and "Local Projects"

Please help me with it that we are very busy for the holiday season and 1 computer is not enough to make all the videos.

problem solved. Was and issue with the permission of the folder and the sample also. Now I hace another inquiry, how I do to put my logo with the same length of the video..??

Ahh sweet! I just sent you an email.

Logos are a bit tricky. I'll add a forum post explaining a workaround and link to it. I do plan to add the ability to include a logo at some stage. It's a popular request.

It's not easy but does work.
