TandemVids 2018 is
not backwards compatible. You cannot install a previous version after installing 2018.
If you need to roll back to a previous version, you will need a back up of your current configuration.
To backup the current configuration before installing TandemVids 2018, follow these steps.
1: Create a backup of the data folder. You will need to turn on hidden files to see this folder.
"C:\ProgramData\Swoopware\TandemVids"
2: Backup this registry key using "Regedit.exe" - see the screenshots.
"Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Swoopware"
3: Customer folders for stored projects have not changed but should be backed up or archived as part of your normal procedures.
