A malfunction has occurred and your Cypres has fired...
Please check the event log if you need more information.

This is a generic error. It means something unexpected has gone wrong. Before sending me an email with a screenshot or iPhone photo of this error message, you need to open the Windows Event Viewer, locate the error and copy the details to an email. Also include as much information as possible about when the error occurs so we can identify the issue and hopefully address the problem in a future version.

1. Click Search in Windows and type "View Event Logs".
2. Open the Event Viewer
3. Navigate to Windows Logs | Applications
4. Filter by error
5. Locate the TandemVids error
6. Copy the details.
7. Paste this into a Support Email

Scrumpot, I moved your discussion to a new topic "Standard User Permissions" . This post was to help people report an error correctly.
