We've started using Gopro 3's here on the GC and I'm now having trouble when trying to re-open or start over a customer from the search tab. I get a cypres firer twice then tandemvids will open the customers in the burn tab but with no video files. If I explore the customer all the video files are there.

In the event log the first error I get reads:

Swoopware.TandemVids.2011.1.12.0

InvalidArgument=Value of '8' is not valid for 'index'.
Parameter name: index

and the second:

Swoopware.TandemVids.2011.1.12.0

Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: fileName


Any help would be appreciated.

Have you changed the number of events in the template associated with the saved customer?

Does this happen for brand new customers that you've just processed?

Can you attach a list or screenshot of all files in the customer's archived folder?

Yes I have changed a couple of the templates but this is happening with new just processed customers.

"Source media 08-001.mp4" is causing the issue. Is this part of the template?

Try renaming it so it doesn't start with "source media" and see if the project opens. It's loading too many files for the number of events and causing the two errors.

If that works, we'll try and see why the file is present.

Yes it is part of the new template, I totally missed that. I'm jumping atm but will change the template this arvo.
